Gold and silver paper coating machine refers to the equipment for coating paper with coating technology. The products are mainly used for ingots, sacrifices, and worship. The principle is that the surface components are evaporated in the form of atomic groups or ions by heating the aluminum wire with an evaporation coating. And it settles on the surface of the paper and forms a thin film through the film-forming process (scatter-island structure-vagal structure-layered growth), which is what we call gold and silver paper.
Gold and silver paper coating machine operation precautions:
Vacuum gold-plated silver paper is mainly composed of base paper, coating and aluminum layer. It is different from aluminum foil paper, which is an assembly of aluminum foil and paper. It is made by pressing the foil and the backing paper together. The vacuum aluminized paper is under high vacuum conditions, the aluminum material is evaporated into a gas, and then condensed on the paper after one-sided glue treatment, so that it is coated with a bright aluminum film. Vacuum aluminized paper is formed by resistance heating in high vacuum, and the aluminum wire is heated to vaporize and adheres to the paper base. According to its production process, it can be divided into two methods: direct method (aluminum paper) and transfer method (aluminum film). The direct method is a method of coating the paper surface in advance to improve the flatness and brightness of the paper surface, and then directly placing the paper in a vacuum aluminum plating machine for aluminum plating. The transfer method uses PET, BOPP film as the transfer substrate, and after coating, coloring, aluminum spraying, laminating, peeling and other process treatments, the metallic glossy aluminum sprayed molecular layer is transferred to the surface of paper or paperboard by gluing method.
